Starting on May 6, 2007, we began recording our sermons in formats that can be played on a computer or a CD player. We are using a software program called Camtasia Studio to record the audio from the sermon and synchronize it with the preacher's PowerPoint presentation. We feel that this is a great way to convey the message of the sermon because you are able to see the message as well as hear it. This audio/video format is stored in Windows Media (WMV) format which can be played in Windows Media Player on your computer. These files are large, so you should have a high-speed connection to download them. Each sermon is also available in MP3 format which can be played on a computer and on newer CD players. These files are smaller and will download faster. These files can be played on your computer using Windows Media Player and other programs. If your CD Player is able to play MP3 files, you should copy the MP3 files directly to the CD without converting them. If your CD Player cannot play MP3 files, Windows Media Player can convert the files to CD Audio format when you write the files to CD. We are also including the original PowerPoint file. There is no audio with this format, but you can use this along with the audio from the MP3 file. Sermons are listed in alphabetical sequence by Sermon Title as well as in order by the date when they were preached. There is also a list of sermons that give a description of each of the books of the Bible. We have added a list of special sermons. | |
