New Member Tools: Knollwood has purchased services from a web service called Congregate to provide members with an Online Toolbox with a variety of tools such as:
- View/print the church directory,
- Make updates to your member directory information
- View the church calendar,
- View/post announcements,
- View the work schedule,
- Submit your willingness to be assigned to positions on the duty roster,
- Sign up (or opt out) for email reminders of assigned duties,
- Enter dates when you will be unavailable to be scheduled for duties,
- and much more.

to go to the Knollwood Congregate website.
When you get there, click the "register here" link.
Fill out the form and submit it.
For your safety, registration takes two steps.
- You will receive an email asking you to verify your email address.
Click the link in the email to verify that your email address is correct. - Your information will be sent to a deacon who will review your request and
grant you access if you are an authorized user.
Once your account has been authorized, you will be notified by email that your account has been approved.
The email will contain a link that will allow you to use all the features of the Knollwood Congregate website in a web browser.

Then enter your Username and Password and click the Continue button.
If you would like to use Congregate on your phone or tablet,
you can download the Congregate Members App from the Apple store or
the Google Play store.
This will give you access to all the same tools on your phone or tablet.
To login, you must enter:
- Your Username,
- Your Password,
- and the URL is https://knollwood.c.congregateclients.com
There are other features that we will be rolling out in the near future, such as features to help with keeping track of visitors, etc.
We believe that this will be a very useful tool for our members.
